Anita's philosophy of yoga is: Breath awareness through movement. Movement can be yang intense with a focus on strength but it can also be yin, with an emphasis on softening and holding each shape for 5 minutes. Anita's vinyasa flow classes fuse her knowledge of dance and personal training with postures and a spiritual belief system that have been around for centuries. Flow with sensory awareness.
